1st stop - Memphis, TN of our Southern Road trip!!

From June 23rd to June 30th, Jon, Graham and I traveled the south with our wonderful friends, Peter, Julie and Asger. Peter and Julie are from Denmark and wanted to see the south that we knew. So, we planned our trip and began our tour. We went to Jackson & Memphis, TN, Clarksdale, Vicksburg, Clinton & Natchez, MS, Baton Rouge & New Orleans, LA and ended with Pass Christian, MS. Upon our arrival to Memphis, we checked in to the Holiday Inn and then walked down to Beale St. where we sat and enjoyed some music and drinks.

Of course we ate dinner at the Blues City Cafe! We had to show Julie and Peter the good BBQ!!

Graham didn't last 2 minutes at the Blues City Cafe.

The next day, we got up, checked out and went to Mud Island for some history of the Mississippi River.
